Ethiopian Aviation University graduates 627 aviation professionals in a ceremony held at the newly upgraded Ethiopian Aviation University.

In today’s graduation: 88 pilots, 125 aircraft technicians, 150 cabin crews, and 264 commercial trainees begin the aviation career path.

Congratulating the aviation professionals, Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO Mr. Mesfin Tasew said, “Human capital development is one of the key pillars in Ethiopian Airlines’ growth strategy. As the largest aviation center of excellence in the continent, we are keen to provide Africa with skilled aviation professionals. We are delighted to have graduates from other African nations in today’s ceremony and to add 317 male and 310 female aviation professionals to the aviation world.”

As fellow aviation professionals we wish this new batch of graduates the very best in thier future aviation carriers.

Whilst we congratulate the Ethiopian Aviation Academy we are also pleased to announce that we will be launching our own avitaion training academy in West Africa and will also be announcing a key accreditation from a global university that will bolster our training portfolio and certification status.

We firmly believe that the success of commercial aviation in Africa and the emerging markets is fundamentally linked to the quality of the next generation of colleagues joining the industry. We will become a key part of that commitment to the industry.

Once again, congratulations to the 627 collegaues at Ethiopian.
