We have an exclusive mandate to acquire three (3) Boeing 737-7 or Boeing 737-8 aircraft on a dry lease basis for a premium client based in Africa.
Africa risk is deleveraged by dre aviation and high deposit ratio is available.
Client is willing to sign a minimum of 3 years under the dry lease agreement, full client DD undertaken by dre aviation.
Aircraft limitations: aircraft must be less than 22 years old at the time of entering local CAA register.
Aircraft inspections to be initiated immediately subject to soft specifications being acceptable and is subject to our own DD and aircraft inspections.
Target date for aircraft to be commissioned is end of January 2024.
